Ailaaj is looking to hire enthusiastic and painstaking Enterprise Sales Specialist with a proven track record of B2B SaaS Sales. What You’ll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities and turn them into a closed deal
  • You will develop proposals and hold product demonstrations and set customer expectations, negotiating and accurately forecasting to management
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Articulate the vision and positioning for the SaaS solution to prospects
  • Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams
  • Drive creative business development activities to penetrate white space accounts
  • Review primary sales plan and implement new strategies to expand current clientele

Role Requirements:
Education: Bachelors/Masters
Experience:
3 - 5 years

    What You Should Have

    • You have demonstrable success selling SaaS solutions at start-ups as well as larger organizations, dealing with C-level stakeholders
    • Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • You are a perfectionist who knows their job well
    • You love getting to know new people and helping them resolve their problems
    • You are thrilled to work well in an entrepreneurial environment; be a self-starter, and be an empathic seller
    • Strong sense of organization and time management
