What We Are Looking For
We at Ailaaj are looking for a Accounts Executive who will assist the Finance Manager in handling the financial matters of the company. You should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing balance sheets
  • Processing invoices
  • Preparation of voucher for approvals
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results to the reporting manager
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Participate in financial audits

What You Must Have

Education: Bachelors
Experience: 2+ year experience of working in any pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong understanding of financial procedures and principles
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
